		<description>This is a very simple and effective way to deal not only with csv files, but e.g. with MS Excel documents as well - we can read and update them using OLE DB. There are lots of 3rd party OLE DB providers out there which may be used for the purpose of reading and writing to formatted files from c#.</description>
